State Forests to be Converted to National Parks
Camping is a recreational activity enjoyed by young and old and Cooloola has some of the most unique camping zones in South East Queensland. Inskip Peninsula, Amamoor and Glastonbury are three fantastic areas that even welcome your pampered four legged friends into the family camping experience.
However, this will change if the State Forest reserves are converted to National Park. If you have ever enjoyed walking your dog through state forest, taken your pet camping or even swimming at a favourite water hole in a state forest area then these changes will effect you.
