The Maple Street Co-op shop stocks a wdie range of whole foods, grocery items and household products including :

• Fresh organic fruit and vegetables.
  
• Home-made sweets and savouries.
  
• Kenilworth bread and rye bread varieties.
  
• Organic and stoneground flours and meals
• Bulk stable foods such as grains, pulses, seeds, honey, oils,
  soya sauce, tahini,freshly ground peanut paste and cleaning products.
• Non-hybrid garden seeds.

• Membership of the Co-op is voluntary, nondiscriminatory, and open to all who can use its services and are willing to accept the responsibilities of membership.
• The Co-op is a democratic organisation, and all members enjoy equal rights of voting (one member, one vote).
• Profit from operating the Co-op is distributed equitably by providing for the development of the Co-op or providing common services to members.
• The Co-op provides for the education of members, officers, employees and the wider public in line with the principles of the Co-op.
• The Co-op actively co-operates with other Co-operatives to further the interests of members.
