It is the responsibility of each team captain that all team members be given a copy of this policy.
- Activity Hall must be locked - this includes all windows/louvres/doors.
- No black-soled shoes are to be worn on the surface of the court. Umpires have the right to refuse a player who does not comply (the floor surface is very expensive to repair).

- Team game fees ($42 a game) are to be paid to the designated official prior to commencement of each game.

- Players must be on the court within 3 minutes of the umpire’s whistle being blown for commencement of play.
- Umpires will be supplied by the association at the association’s expense.

- Team shirts are compulsory for players for all games. Please check with Registrar regarding colours.
- Players must be registered and have played 3 games with that team to be eligible to play in Quarter Finals, Semi-Finals and Grand Final.
- Players may be registered to play in the 2 competitions. One registration fee is payable in this instance.
- A substitute player may be borrowed from teams in the opposite night’s competition under the following conditions:-

(b) Once registered with a team, a player is not eligible to play for any other team in that competition.
(c) Players not registered with a particular team are not eligible to play in the finals.
(d) Substitute players may not play for a team if those teams’ own registered players are available. A team must still field 5 registered players to avoid forfeit.
- Minimum of 5 registered team players are required to start a game. If less than 5, match is forfeited. After this, the team may borrow players from other teams and play a social game in lieu.

If less than 24 hours notice is given, a $50 penalty fee and 2 point loss will be incurred. If the forfeit occurs, but both teams play a social game, normal game fees and points will apply.
- Game points:- Win = 4 points; Draw = 2 points; Loss = 1 point; Forfeit = Nil; Less than 24 hours forfeit = 2 point deduction.
- All outstanding fees/fines must be paid before taking the court for a game.
- Full name of players and signatures must be on the scoresheet prior to the start of the game. Umpires and Scorers must check for unregistered/unauthorised players.
- Team responsible for playing unauthorised players will forfeit full match points.

- Appeals against decisions affecting teams can be lodged, in writing, within 7 days of the alleged occurrence. The committee’s decision is final.
- To reduce the risk of injury, all players are reminded to allow time for warm-up prior to game commencement and warm down following play.
If you have any issues throughout the season, please do not hesitate to contact one of the committee members.
